Miami Bikini Contest Rules v1.0
Official Contest Rules
- Eligibility: All contestants must be 18 years or older on the day of the event.
- Suit Requirements: Two-piece bikini. The bottom must be V-shaped. Thongs and g-strings are permitted. Heels and jewelry are allowed.
- Tanning & Hygiene: Tanning is not required.
- Judging Criteria: Balance and shape, conditioning, and presentation including confidence, poise, and the Model Walk.
Participant Waiver & Release
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Miami Bikini Contest involves physical exertion and inherent risks. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, including injury or illness. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Miami Bikini Contest, the venue, and its employees from any and all claims, even those arising from negligence, related to my participation.
I grant Miami Bikini Contest the irrevocable right to use my name, voice, image, and video submissions for any promotional or broadcast purpose. I waive any right to royalties or inspection of the final finished product.
I consent to being audio & video recorded at any location in the venue of the Miami Bikini Contest.
I certify that any music provided for my performance does not infringe on third-party copyrights. I assume full responsibility for any licensing fees required for the use of my specific track.
Privacy & Data Policy
ID Verification: We collect government-issued identification solely for the purpose of age and identity verification. This data is stored on encrypted servers and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.
Data Retention: Upon completion of the event and final verification of winners, all sensitive identification documents will be purged from our active records within 30 days to protect participant privacy.
Refund & No-Show Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a contestant is disqualified for suit violations, lewd conduct, or failure to show their ID, no refund will be issued.

Q: Is there an age limit to compete?
A: Yes. All contestants must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the show. You will be required to upload a government-issued ID during registration for verification.
Q: What is the required bikini style?
A: We follow standard physique competition guidelines: two-piece bikini with a V-shaped bottom, thongs and g-strings are allowed.
Q: How does check-in work?
A: When you register, you will receive a QR code via email. Simply show this code on your phone at the Backstage Entrance. Our staff will scan it to verify your payment and identity.
Q: When do I get my contestant number?
A: Once your QR code is successfully scanned at check-in, the system will automatically assign your number. Our staff will hand you your physical numbered pin immediately.
Q: Can my trainer or coach come backstage?
A: No. Only Official Staff and registered contestants are allowed backstage. This ensures a professional and safe environment for all athletes.
Attendee FAQ
Q: Do I need a physical ticket?
A: No. We use a 100% digital ticketing system. After purchasing, you will receive a QR code. Just have it ready on your smartphone, Android or iPhone, at the auditorium entrance.
Q: Can I take photos or videos?
A: No. Flash photography and professional video equipment, including tripods and removable lenses, are strictly prohibited in the auditorium to respect our official media partners. No cell phone photos or videos are allowed.
Q: Where is my seat?
A: When our staff scans your QR code at the door, the validator screen will display your assigned section and seat number, for example Row C, Seat 12. If you have general admission, it is first-come, first-served in the designated GA areas.
Q: Are kids allowed to attend?
A: No. All attendees must be over 18 years old.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Per our terms, all ticket sales and contestant registration fees are non-refundable. All sales are final. There is no way to get a refund of your money.

A: It costs a lot of money to run this contest. The expenses to make everything happen for this contest are very high, so to pay the bills we need to charge.
Q: Is my personal data safe?
A: Yes. We use enterprise-grade encryption to store your ID and payment info. Your data is processed in compliance with the Florida Digital Bill of Rights.
